I've heard everyone talk about CrossFit, but I'm just not sure if I'm ready for it yet...?
If you're even slightly considering taking up CrossFit, then the first step is to get you in for a free trial class with us! We offer one free class because we want everyone to get a taste of who we are and what our community here at Lifeworx is all about. We are confident that after your trial class, you will be so excited about what you experienced that you'll be ready to join us right away! Don't worry about any physical limitations or concerns - our Coaches are highly skilled and comfortable offering modifications or adaptations for your trial class.
When can I come in for my free trial class?
Any day/time that works for you! Just look at our class schedule, choose a class time that you can attend and walk right through our front door. Any of our classes are appropriate for your first class and all of our coaches are accustomed to new CrossFitters, so come in whenever! All you need is athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, a water and a completed copy of our Liability Waiver.
I did my free trial class and I'm ready to sign up for Fundamentals - how do I sign up?
Great! We schedule all Fundamentals sessions around you (much like Personal Training). Please email us a few days/times in the next week when you will be available for a one-hour Fundamentals session and we will set you up with a Coach!
I've been doing CrossFit for the past few months/years - do I need to do the Fundamentals?
Typically, our Coaches evaluate your movement during your free trial class to determine whether or not you need Fundamentals training. We find that most people with CrossFit experience only need one or two Fundamental sessions ($70 each) to learn our terminology and our expectations for complete reps or movements. Our priority is to set all our members up for success, so we do not completely dismiss the necessity for Fundamentals training...but hey, if we can save you time and money, of course we will always try to do so.
What are the monthly rates if I only want to come to class 2-3 times a week?
We only have one kind of membership - monthly unlimited. We try to keep things very basic with our membership options, so we do not offer specialized pricing based on how often you attend. Our class schedule is generous, offering over 50 CrossFit classes per week, so you are getting great value with the monthly unlimited payment option.
I'm a Lifeworx member - how do I put my account on hold?
All membership freezes or auto-pay holds must be requested in writing via email two weeks prior to the next billing cycle. Late requests will not be honored.
