Ryan has always been active, but found CrossFit when he was looking for something more than the conventional gym. When his cousin exposed him to CrossFit and shared with him the CrossFit games on TV, Ryan was immediately intrigued. He finally got enough courage to come to a class at Lifeworx on June 18, 2013. A year later, he decided to get certified to become a coach and completed his Level 1 (CF-L1) Training Certification. Ryan’s passion comes through most powerfully in his dedication to learning as much as possible about nutrition, mobility and overall wellness, no matter what your lifestyle dictates. You can be sure that Ryan is in the gym if you hear him belting out the opening lines of “This Is How We Do It”!
