Regardless of any past athletic experience or fitness routines, each person who joins our community is provided with the opportunity to learn the basics of proper weightlifting techniques, strategies to appropriately prepare the body for movement and tips for having a safe and successful experience in our classes.

We want you to get to know our coaches, our community and to get a taste of what our classes are like! Pick any class on our schedule and come on in - our coaches will take care of everything else!
What to bring to your first class: - Completed Liability Waiver - Water bottle - Comfortable shoes/clothing - Yoga mat for outdoor use *Note: outdoor classes take place in the parking lot behind our gym.* |

Schedule your Fundamentals!
Every new member is required to go through 3 one-hour private training sessions with a coach. We use these sessions to teach you our basic expectations for proper form and technique so that you can feel prepared when you attend regular classes. These sessions are scheduled when it is convenient for you - tell us some days/times that work best for you and we'll match you up with a coach!

Attend regular classes!
Once you've completed your Fundamentals sessions, you are ready to begin attending classes! Congrats! Be sure to come to classes frequently so that you easily retain the coaching cues you learned in Fundamentals.
