Our group classes are built around the methodology of Functional Fitness, taught by some of the most capable and charismatic coaches in the Bay Area. We take our classes through a dynamic warm-up (including basic body care tricks!), a weight training or skill session, a metabolic conditioning (cardio) session and a cool down. Every workout is uniquely different, offering a challenge to your physical and mental training. We combine movements and techniques from several different fitness regiments, including gymnastics, weight lifting, cardio and more, all blended together for the ultimate workout experience...and this is all done in less than one hour! Our specialty is providing effective programming and excellent coaching in an environment that is welcoming to everyone.
